The Role and Responsibility:

We’re looking for an experienced Data Technician to join our rapidly expanding team to support our rollout of advanced radar and millimeter-wave-based people screening platforms for the aviation and commercial markets.  This is a full-time position.   The successful candidate will work in conjunction with our Engineering team to support the development and rollout of our security products.  This is a multi-disciplinary role, where you will report to our Sr. System Architect in charge of our AI (Artificial Intelligence) Threat Algorithm Development, and work with the SW Engineering Team and Program Managers.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of management of our data, including data collecting, organizing, and storing so it can be analyzed and used to train high performance threat detection algorithms under the guidance of our AI scientists and SW Engineers.   As creation of this data source will be very large, organization, tabulation, and data management solutions become essential for effectively utilizing the data to maximize the performance of our personnel threat detection system.  This is a hands-on role that will involve data preparation, manual data labeling, and allocating labeling tasks to an external team. As such, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:


  • Detailed oriented individual with strong data organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data
  • Familiar with managing data entry via Linux command line
  • Experience organizing and managing large volumes of data.
  • Familiarity with tools, best practices, and modern technologies for managing and querying large data sets
  • Strong communication skills, ability to relay data summaries to technical team
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player and willing to work collaboratively across the organization.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree or relevant technical certificates; with at least 3-years’ working experience in data management, data analysis, or other data administration functions including collection and distribution of large amounts of data.


  • Experience with scripting languages.
