Liberty Announces DTC Eligibility

Atlanta, GA – June 18, 2021 – Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. (“Liberty” or the “Company”) (TSXV: SCAN, OTCQB: LDDFF, FRANKFURT: LD2), a leading concealed weapons and threat detection solutions company, is pleased to announce that it has received Depository Trust Company (the “DTC”) eligibility, making the Company’s common shares eligible for electronic clearing and settlement and improving accessibility for US investors.

The DTC is the largest securities depository in the world and facilitates electronic settlement of stock certificate transfers in the United States. The shares of the Company, trading under the symbol “LDDFF” on the OTCQB in the United States, are now eligible to be electronically cleared and settled through the DTC making them “DTC eligible”. This electronic method of clearing securities accelerates the settlement process for investors and brokerages.
