The Role:
We’re looking for a 2-3 month experienced Software Engineer Contractor to work closely with our team of Hardware and RF system experts as we develop advanced radar and millimeter-wave based people screening platforms for aviation and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will design and develop microservices based system software for the acquisition for processing and display of mmWave systems,data for the next generation, AI-enabled personnel Security applications.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or related field, discipline with 2-6 years of experience.
  • Experience with Linux OS platforms and applications, including experience with Configuration Management (CM) tools and systems such as GitHub.
  • C & C++ proficiency (3-5 years practical development experience)
  • Experience interfacing hardware with C&C++ applications.
  • Python and BASH Scripting
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; with a high attention to detail, excellent analytical / problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and has an enthusiastic attitude.

 

Prefer But Not Required:

  • Application Development utilizing OCI/Docker Containers
  • Application development across multiple containers with some experience developing running Podman/Docker Run-Time including multi-container application development.
  • Familiarity with BOOST Asynchronous I/O Libraries
  • Experience in the security technology market space
